Young Families
FOSTERING FAITH AND MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS AMONG FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS
Homebuilders Ministry
“Homebuilders” is the name of our young family ministry at Riverchase Church of Christ.
We seek to provide a welcoming community for adults in similar life stages—whether newly married, parents of young children or teenagers, or not yet married. With a focus on studying God’s Word together, the group creates a space to explore relevant issues such as building strong relationships, preparing for the future, or balancing personal growth and faith.
This ministry aims to support each person’s spiritual journey, regardless of their family dynamic. Everyone is invited to join in meaningful discussions that explore how biblical principles can shape their lives and help them navigate both challenges and opportunities to serve and grow.
CONNECTING THROUGH FELLOWSHIP AND SERVICE
Gathering Together
Beyond Bible studies, the Homebuilders frequently gather for seasonal events and social activities. These gatherings—ranging from holiday celebrations to group outings—offer opportunities for genuine connection and shared experiences.
Members are also actively involved in the church’s youth and kids’ ministries, creating an environment where everyone serves together, participates in events, and builds relationships with children and teenagers.
In every activity, the Homebuilders ministry fosters a spirit of unity and growth in Christ. Through active participation in both church and community events, members are able to strengthen their own faith, form meaningful relationships, and support one another in their spiritual walks—whether as individuals or families.
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
HEBREWS 10:24-25
