Our Purpose with International Missions
We want to reflect God’s love and the teachings of Jesus beyond our community. Our efforts reach Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia with financial support and hands-on involvement. A key principle to lasting results is the development of local ministers and leaders. This is pursued through on-site education opportunities and mentoring by committed individuals.
The result of teaching is enhanced by showing love through medical care delivered to remote areas and providing food, shelter and loving care to orphaned and disadvantaged children.
It is recognized that individuals serving in foreign mission points are often doing so at great personal risk and in lonely conditions. Encouragement is critical. Being engaged and involved are important components of our efforts.
