It’s great to be a part of VBS. I get so excited about it every year. This year we are learning about the life of Moses. What amazing things can happen when we let God direct our lives. It’s entertaining for adults but also educational for kids. Working this year with skits has taught me that kids are heavily visual learners. Maybe that’s a reason why they remember everything that happens in movies and they watch the same movies over and over again. They remember things that they see, hear and experience.
I want to thank all the people that help put this together. So many people dedicated hours to do what needed to be done to make it an experience for the kids. Others dedicate their time by helping during VBS. It takes over 100 volunteers to make this happen. Thank you! If you volunteered this year, and if you helped in any way, thank you! If you didn’t I want to thank you in advance because you will help next year. I know we can count on you. Why do we do this? Because we love God and we love his children. To God be the glory always.
