Simple Truths

On January 1st I stumbled upon this poster by Little Truths Studio and thought the simple illustrations spoke to how I want to spend my new year. It is common for many of us to choose to set a new year’s resolution (lose weight, eat healthy, declutter, etc.), but what if in 2019 we chose rather to live simply.
Appreciate others in our church family, listen more openly, honor our fathers and mothers, try something new by volunteering for an activity within our church, give thanks for Riverchase.
Jesus provided us the best simple truth to live by when he stated, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6
This new year as we continue to set goals and better our lives, I challenge you to focus on living simply. Connect with others, forgive others, love one another. You will find that you are following the greatest Truth there is.
