One of the greatest fears in talking to others about Jesus is the fear of questions. What if I don’t know the answer?
You know much more than you think. More importantly, you know the source for many of the questions you may be asked. You may have known it for a long time.
How do you know there is a God who created the world?
The world shows me so and the Bible tells me so.
How do you know Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God?
The Bible tells me so.
How do you know what to do to be saved?
The Bible tells me so.
How do you know how to live in order to please God?
The Bible tells me so.
You already know where to look in the Bible for many of those questions and others as well. And it is an easy process to search the Bible to find the location of other verses that will contain the answers you seek.
The Bible is our source book for knowledge about God and Jesus and what they would have us to know.
You have the source. We just need to learn to trust it and to use it.
